Customs fees

Sveacarbon is not liable for customs fees, import duties or related taxes. Customers outside the EU pay all customs charges when importing our products. Check with your local customs authority for applicable fees.

Returns

Fork covers and phone cases: 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Return it unused and in the same condition as delivered; you pay the return shipping. All other parts are made to order to the specification you select when ordering and cannot be returned or exchanged (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, ch. 2 § 11 p. 3). Faulty parts are always handled under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act – contact us and we inspect the part and repair, replace or refund. Full terms: Terms of Purchase.

Hand-made variation

Our carbon fibre parts are made by hand in Kungälv, Sweden. Each piece can show slight variations in weave and finish, which give every part its own character and are not defects.

Quality

Every part is checked before it ships. We use quality materials and finish each part by hand.

Custom projects and deposits

For quoted custom projects (your own design, part or drawing) we agree the specification with you before production, and a non-refundable deposit may be required to start. The deposit covers initial material and labour.

Production time

Production usually takes 4–6 weeks; complex parts and custom projects can take longer. Need a precise date? Contact us. We tell you promptly if the timeline changes.

Care

Clean with mild soap and water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive polish and solvents on the clear coat.
