Straight answers to the questions we get most often. Can't find yours? Contact us and we reply by email.
Will the part fit my bike?
Every part is listed for specific makes, models and years, shown on the product page under “Fits”. Use Select your bike to see the parts for your model. If you are unsure, send us your make, model and year before you order.
How long does it take?
Every part is made to order. Production usually takes 4–6 weeks; complex parts can take longer. Need a precise date? Contact us before ordering. Shipping then takes about 5–7 business days within Sweden and 5–10 internationally.
Where are the parts made?
In our workshop in Kungälv, Sweden. Parts are made by vacuum infusion and finished with a clear coat.
Can I choose the weave and colour?
Yes. Depending on the part you can choose classic twill, forged carbon, coloured carbon, honeycomb, reflective weaves, flakes and fades. See all options and prices in the configurator, or read our guide to carbon weaves.
Can you make a part you don't list?
Often, yes. Send us the original part, measurements, photos or a CAD file through Request a quote. Working from an original part gives the most exact fit.
Do you work with companies?
Yes – prototypes, one-off components and small series. Read more on B2B manufacturing.
Can I return a part?
- Fork covers and phone cases – yes, within 14 days of receiving them. Email us within the 14 days and send the item back unused and in the same condition as delivered. You pay the return shipping; we refund the price and the original standard shipping.
- All other parts – no. They are made to order to the specification you select when ordering (bike, weave, colour, flakes, finish), so the right of withdrawal does not apply (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, ch. 2 § 11 p. 3). Check model, fitment and specification carefully before you order.
If a part is faulty or does not match what you ordered, contact us and we handle it under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act – this applies to every order. Full terms: Terms of Purchase.
Do I pay customs?
Within the EU, no. Outside the EU (for example Norway, Switzerland, the UK or the US) any import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
How do I fit the part?
Parts are made to be fitted by a competent person. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting or by modifying the part.
