Returns on Custom Parts
Once custom parts are manufactured to customer specifications, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found defective or not in compliance with the agreed-upon specifications. We encourage customers to thoroughly review and confirm all specifications and designs prior to production to ensure complete satisfaction. In cases of defects or discrepancies from approved specifications, customers should promptly contact us to initiate a return. All returns on custom parts are subject to inspection by Sveacarbon to confirm eligibility for replacement or refund.
