Refund policy

Fork covers and phone cases – 14-day returns. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Email us at sveacarbonfibre@gmail.com within the 14 days and return the item within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in the same condition as delivered. You pay the return shipping. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until we have received the item.

All other parts – made to your specification. All other parts are made to order to the specification you select when ordering (bike model and year, weave, colour, flakes, finish). Under chapter 2, section 11, point 3 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and these parts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty parts. If a part is faulty or does not match what you ordered, contact us and we handle it with either a compensation or new parts depending on the faults
